Driving down Petrie Terrace last week I noticed this cafe had a new name since my last visit so decided to try it out for breakfast. Coffee came out pretty fast was good although could have been stronger for my taste. The simplicity of my turkish sandwich with a crispy battered zuchini topped with an egg turned out to be the star turn. Another weekend calls for another brunch. This time we went to Jessie's Girl, which had been on Adam's list of places to try for a while. Situated up on Petrie Terrace, we opted to take a quick bus ride up rather than walking from the CBD. . Really lovely staff and a local neighbourly feel. Great food and drink deals here all week round, Sundays are always good too.
Great coffee and a pretty reasonable price (considering part of city). Have vegan options and staff are friendly and helpful!
