We purchased a platter from them about a month ago (yes they do catering and it is great! and I asked for the subs to be ready by 8:30 AM on Sunday morning. This meant they had to come in early and prepare the food, which they did. The food was amazing and everyone loved it. It also allowed us to try a range of subs we would normally not get. Excellent. Every time I visit this franchise (since the new management takeover), I have been disappointed. From numerous times of having no bread at the start of the day (even before shortages due to covid or weather events), staff who cannot neatly make a sub nor wrap it, and their general rudeness to simple requests such as extra salads.
