The boss is the right kind of boss and the beef rib is worth it treat yourself to that and a pickle back! Then even more with a banoffee pie and an old fashioned!"

"Great concept for a breakfast and lunch café - whole foods and healthy eating, but this café really didn't hit the mark for me. The staff were extremely lovely and the café nice and warm (important as the temperature was under 5C at 9am!). However the food was a big disappointment. One of my poached eggs was lovely but the other was undercooked (slimy runny white - *shudder*). The toast was nice but the tiny disc of butter that accompanied it was only big enough to cover one slice. I asked for my bacon to be extra crispy. This wasn't achieved - with one piece being not at all crisp and the other 2 too hard to cut. The pieces were very small too. I found the coffee to be undrinkable. I'm normally not too fussy about coffee but this was oddly thick for a long black and most unpleasant. My friend's Mexican eggs liked nice. Overall very disappointing and I won't return."

"I placed an order for takeaway - I had to hold the line for 5 minutes (which I was completely fine with as I have worked in busy restaurants) after I was taken off hold before ordering she said the eftpos was down so cash only. I told them my order, I asked could I please get the price just so I know how much money to get out before picking my dinner up. Her response "no I'm too busy for this if you want a price you will find out when you get here" i said look I'm sorry I know you're most definitely going to be busy but I really do need a price so I know how much it's going to cost. I haven't got a menu I've got your number off google and you're menu online looks old so I'd like to clarify the price. She hung up the phone. I called back and said if I don't get a price then please cancel off my order as I find this as rude service, I get your busy but you should be giving customers the total price when they call. She didn't end up giving me a price. But I ended up going down and getting my food but very very disappointed with the way I got treated. That was my first and most definitely last time I will be eating from Punjabi hut in Queanbeyan...."
