Stopped by for a burger. I ordered it medium rare, which to me means charred on the outside and pink in the middle. This one came kinda grey all the way through. I could almost deal with that, but the whole thing was about 5 inches thick, so there's no way to get a bite without destroying the bun. I ended up trying to use a knife and fork.
