Once again, it is important for customers to double-check their to-go orders before leaving the restaurant. It can be frustrating to realize something was forgotten once they get home. It is unfortunate that some customers can't seem to handle simple tasks like packing a box of chicken properly. On Saturday, June 25th at 8:00 PM, I was greeted by a man who took my order in a stern manner. The lady on the microphone was very pleasant, but this man should be let go.
This KFC was the worst we have ever been to. The restaurant was filthy, with dirty tables from previous customers. There were sprouts on the floor in both the dining area and kitchen, which was disgraceful. Our 6 pieces of chicken were not crispy, they were soggy. We considered complaining but decided against it. This restaurant should be closed down.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It is incredibly dirty and there are many homeless people around the parking lot. The soda was flat and I had to clean three tables so my family could eat at a clean and disinfected table. There were five different leaks coming from the roof and the cashiers got most of our orders wrong. I will never stop at this location again. I took several pictures, including ones of all the wipes I used to clean the tables and chairs.
I ordered a 2-piece meal, which was supposed to include 2 chicken breasts. However, I received one breast and a small, undercooked thigh with little meat on it, along with a hard biscuit. The staff seemed unresponsive when I tried to engage in conversation, making it feel like I was talking to a wall. I returned to the restaurant another time and received chicken from the previous day, which was mushy and unappetizing. The quality of the food and service left much to be desired.
