"Used to be the best food in town! Now, not so much! They quit putting enough seasoning in thier food. Almost like none at all. We always got the grilled chicken and shrimp dinner and the steak and shrimp dinner. Used to, couldnt get enough of thier food. Am thinking prolly wont go back a all.............Need MORE seasoning!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This Mcdonald's orders some of it's food from a different supplier than corporate stores. I talked to the crew about the problem with the ice cream and McChicken patties: then the shift manager; then the store manager, and then the district manager before calling the complaint line. When I called the store, the general manager told me it's the same as other Mcdonald's and hung up on me. Nobody I spoke with cared or tried to relay the complaint to higher management. Also, when you go inside, they don't greet you. They just leave you standing there and you don't know if they even know you're there waiting. Management should teach the crew the #1 rule in customer service which is to greet the customer even if you're too busy to serve them at the moment, that way they know you know they're there. Anyway, I felt disrespected from them hanging up on me so I went to the store and asked the manager why she hung up on me and she said You don't come up here asking me nothing! Do you understand me So I felt disrespected and I raised my voice and told her she wasn't going to get away with treating a customer like that so she called the police and now I have a restraining order against me going there anymore. What kind of customer service is that? I'm going to wait and see what corporate does about this or if they'll do anything."

"I always have great service and the employees always do a great job. the only complaint I have is the huge pothole on the east side of the drive. his really terrible, I've met it the last two times I was there. please fix it I really enjoy everything above all drinks and service, but the pothole is bone jarring to say the least. not to mention its hard to avoid and difficult to see"
