Tim Hortons - Bradford

Drive thru was long and we were traveling through the area so we went in to get a stretch. Staff were very friendly and drinks were made perfectly. Thanks for a great experience.

Terrible. Came inside, ordered two large iced coffees one with sweet vanilla, one hazelnut. Emery at the front counter didn?t know what he was doing, argued with me that there was no such thing as sweet vanilla but it?s funny cause I go to timmies twice a day every single one I?ve ever gone to has had it. But whatever that?s not the point I wasn?t going to argue so I just got a refund. Now I have to drive all the way back to Salamanca timmies to get a coffee cause bradfords incapable.

A great local experience, the food was amazing, the staff friendly, and it has an interesting gathering of locals each night sharing the local tea hot and fresh.

Slow drivethru even before having to order at the window due to equipment breakdown. The coffee is very inconsistent. I like the goodies and the food is decent. Love the Tim Hortons brand (it's probably the frustrated Canadian in me), but this location needs to up its game. Staff seems to be fine. Not enough of them, I'd guess. It's a busy location.

Very good product and normally friendly workers but rather slow drive through times. 20 minutes when there's 5 vehicles.......... ..........Another experience review 9 months later and a full 30 min wait in the drive through is the norm. This place just struggles most mornings. But maybe this works in their favor because by the time I get to order I'm so stressed I order extra timbits just to soothe my nerves!!!
