Visited Gurkha Sizzler last night with a friend before a gig. I'm not from Huddersfield so relied on Google reviews to guide my choice of restaurant. We did know we fancied a curry though! "Took my nana for afternoon tea for and on her birthday! It was absolutely amazing! We were made to feel very welcome the minute we walked in the door and Marina especially took the time to come see us and actually served our afternoon...tea. Everything was Home made, the tarts, scones everything!!! It was all nicely presented on what I think is a vintage stand and it was just the right size without being overwhelming. Great atmosphere, great food and drink-we’ll definitely be back!"
