Traditional pub that could probably do with a revamp but given the cost of doing so and no doubt the limitations of what they can and can't do with the place due to it's history and local connections, it is what it is! Midweek tea time when I visited so not many folk in. That aside it struck me as being a great Local's pub and no doubt more bodies inside would make for a good atmosphere.
