"I like this place. I'm from Vancouver where there is a lot of really great Vietnamese food to choose from, I was really stoked to find this gem in my own neighborhood. Its not going to blow your mind but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, I have no idea how anyone could give it a negative review. Its on point, and the people who own it are friendly and genuine."

"I bring my knitting.. I love spending a lazy afternoon at PVB. I'll usually go there for lunch with a friend, sit and knit for awhile and chat (if it's not busy) and then have some of their fancy loose tea and a brownie later on. It's a great place to hang out if you want to get out of the house for a few hours. Lynne (the owner and the chef) is a knitter too, so sometimes we chat about what we're working on.<br/>Oh and the pie is really good too."
