I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and I'm thrilled that I finally got the chance to do so! The food was amazing. We ordered the sausage and mushroom pizza and burnt ends as an appetizer. The pizza was fresh and had a deep flavor, and the burnt ends were cooked perfectly. The sides that came with the dishes enhanced the overall taste. I will definitely be returning here often! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Notch 8:
Atmosphere was nice, spacious. Enjoyed the large number of local brews on tap. Food (pizza and burgers) was only ok and overcooked we're taking well, well done. Considering the price I was really disappointed and we probably won't be back. Many other (better) burger/pizza joints in town that are more affordable, in my opinion. View all feedback.
