We hadn't been to the Duke of Wellington for a while following a couple of experiences of badly cooked food, and terrible service, but we decided to give it another try after reports improved. I'm pleased to say that the food and service were excellent! In fact my wife said that her lamb shank was the best she had had for some time! Keep up the good work we will be back soon. Not the best , we went for lunch but it didn't start off well! Ordered Cokes which came in stained glass and half filled. Starters where poor , chorizo and prawn starter was disgusting,beef dumpling was ok but it came with weird grave which both myself and my wife couldn't stomach. To top it all my fork had several angles and looked like it had been jammed into the waste disposal unit. Then we had to ask for napkins... View all feedback.
