The pub is lovely, ambience is nice. The starters were lovely, 2 of the mains were good, the 3rd was awful, it was bland and 90% of it left on the plate. I did express my dissatisfaction. The desert was ok for all 3 of us. We asked for coffee but coffee machine was turned off so no coffee! Today we were upstairs in private room as we had a family birthday gathering.
Very disappointed on our visit after reading the good reviews. Maybe we went on a bad night. There were 8 of us and a few of us said nothing really grabbed them...
