"If I had to choose what my last meal on earth would be, it would be pizza from La Piovra. I have never tasted pizza so incredible. My partner and I are there basically every week. Really friendly staff too! The only reason I have given it 4 stars is because the lighting in there is WAY too bright. It needs yellow light not white light. It’s very uncomfortable for the eyes and I’ve witnessed a few people complaining to the staff about it during all the times I’ve been there. Please can something be done? We love sitting down and eating but after an hour we just can’t do the bright lighting anymore."

"We went there yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The food was superb and watching the theatre of the preparation by Mphilo was excellent. The waitering staff were quietly attentive and the cocktails beautifully presented. We will definitely be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"What an amazing place! Not my first time here but it always impresses. Friendly, attentive staff, delicious rolls while you wait and the food is to die for. We had the anchovy pizza and beef lasagne. Both superb! Best lasagne I've had and I'm not a lasagne lover. Too full for desserts so gave those a skip but they looked just as amazing. Highly recommended to anyone."
