I went to this restaurant and we ordered 1 appetizer, 3 main course meals and one alcoholic drink.We got the mail course meals first after 25 mins of ordering. on asking about the appetizer - the server replied that I'll get it. She went to the kitchen and then ordered it. (she completely forgot that we ordered that as well - because she was not noting down the things we ordered). She didn't apologise for her mistake...
