The staff there were so lovely Tonia, Ashley and Shannon were so welcoming and the customer service was fantastic! I will only be going to this location going forward as someone who used to go to Subway. Everytime we order from here through skip we are missing items, I guess this is how they make their money! You pay for the items and they keep them win win for them. Then when you call to inform them there is an issue they couldn't care less, they even turned around during the phone call with the complaint and started talking to someone else totally disregarding our issue. Yesterday around 8:30pm I went to Mr Sub and Jacob help make my subs. Very kind, pleasant and didn’t rush making them. We spoke when cashing out and I had no cash for tip and thought I could choose to tip on the debit machine I was sad that I wasn’t able to tip him as he did amazing job.
