excellent customer service. I have the wrong order in the passage and did not know until 20 minutes later. When I called back, I spoke to the manager, grace, and she apologised me immediately and offered me a new drink whenever I could come back. terrible terrible experience. I ordered a carmel wrap with milk sugar free milk over the app for my 12-year-old daughter. it is lactose intolerance. the drink was made with regular milk and when I asked why the hired said that they had to take this out of lactose free milk and my daughter. Dumb confused girl taking orders for drive thru! Held long line up because of no mental presence at work. Just got my order at 6:35pm dated Nov 3rd.
Ordered a simple pumpkin cold brew and it tasted like burnt coffee and way too much cream. Not satisfied at all.
