"I just arrived in Brasov and came over this little jewel. I ordered Chicory Roquefort salad and a glass of Pinot. The salad was refreshing and came with a lot of crunchy toast. The main was a delight the tenderest fillet of beef grilled, crushed in red pepper butter, Béarnaise sauce with a generous side of porcinis fried in butter with garlic and cream. Very friendly staff. Let's go back tomorrow to try other things, the brains or steactars maybe and more porcini."
