Its your typical rural bar that appears to have the same decor and style for the last 30-50 years. But the staff was friendly and atmosphere very cozy. I did not use the bathroom so no comments here. But the bar itself was clean. We stayed in newly renovated room in Cobmin Ridge Motel nearby. Beautiful rooms. Very cozy.
