This is a quirky little restaurant. The drinks menu is wrapped round a wine bottle and the food menu has potatoes cooked in more ways than you could imagine. As well as dishes based just on potato they are served alongside various fish and meat, so this restaurant is good for a snack or a full meal.Prices are reasonable and the food was well cooked and piping hot. Puddings are good too. View all feedback.

I love potatoes, so this was perfect for me. The place it self is quite oldschool but the staff is nice and helpful. Some portions are large and others are small - ask, or just go for the 'Bauernfrühstück' - very nice! Good selection of beers. View all feedback.
A long standing restaurant well frequented by locals with a no nonsense menu but all good quality and value for money. staff are very helpful and give prompt service even at peak times. Their range of dishes goes from small mainly potato content with cheese, ham or prawn topped up to a massive mixed grill fit to feed two albeit a single person order. drinks are limited but provide an adequate selection for most. I'll be back next time we're close-by.
My husband is a spuds man and I like italian and my favourit restaurant is close by but my husband always chooses here because of 'The farmers Grill' which is huge and unless you are starving do not order it ! Lol, it is delicious though and worth every penny. The menu is quute big and loads to choose from, food always hot and prompt. The decor would remind you of a country pub mire so than a restaurant/bar.Its small but cosy! The only thing is we only ever stay for food and never drinks because it lacks atmosphere unless there is a festival on.pitty because it has loads of potential but just not been tapped on.The service and staff are second to none and always working hard everytime we look around.
I was in Brandenburg for a day-trip from Berlin and asked in the local police station for a good lunch restaurant. They gave it a thumbs up.I had schnitzel and beer and it was one of the best lunches of the holiday. Dark wood panelling, it felt like a small village pub rather than a bustling city. Very friendly staff, all in all a delightful lunch.
