"Gave them 5 stars a year ago. Never going there again. Decor starting to look run down, with service to match. In spite of the restaurant not being very full, more than an hour after placing our order, we eventually decided to find food elsewhere. No explanation offered, nor an attempt to offer as much as a bun."

"Terrible experience, the chicken looks like it was boiled then grilled, bottom of the barrel, wouldn't recommend it. Poor quality, definitely not happy with the outcome, el vivo lost its former glory, I'm never buying the food ever."
