What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
since I am a fairly regular visitor of the brandon restaurants, the customer service has been changed since the franchise group (brandon restaurants owners). they are less polite and respond to complaining and management are only interested in profitability. restaurant cleaning has also terrible! The McDonald's on Richmonds drink machines flavour is turned down or something. Got 3 root beers with 0 flavour so switched to fruitopia and same thing. Every other McDonald's in town has lots of flavour in their drinks....
Sat in the car waiting for my food for 20 mins just to go inside and find out they gave it to someone else. Then waited an extra 10 for them to remake my order. Fast food, what a joke.
Awful. Service from start to finish was not good (bewe were met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes, and heavy sighs. Would give it a zero if I could. The manager stand was rude. The staff was rude. Come here if you want attitude.
Asked for a chicken McMuffin with an egg and didnt get an egg. Practically ruined my whole life. They are also very slow.
Brandons first mcdonalds remains centrally located, well maintained and easily accessible. the personal is friendly and the restaurant is large and comfortable. parking is a little small and use them in the spotlight when entering and exciting the parking lot.
