Great service and clean store inside Wal Mart. My granddaughter was here from Arkansas for Spring Break and she wanted a subway sub, so she got a Subway! So did I, be toasted grilled chicken was superb. Thank you for working during the Covid shutdown. We appreciate all you do. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
I placed an order through their app, but they ended up canceling it. However, my card was still charged. When I called customer service to inquire about the situation, they claimed they do not even deliver through their app despite what it indicates. They are deflecting responsibility to a third-party company, which isn't a valid excuse. I am now done with this subway and will be getting my sandwiches from a business... View all feedback.
I ordered two sandwiches, one of which was mine. I had a chicken Teriyaki with added ham sandwich. Both meals were supposed to be toasted. When I received the meal and opened it up to take a bite, I realized they weren't toasted and were cold. I saw the employee put them in the toaster, but apparently she didn't leave them in long enough. I am pregnant and cannot eat cold lunch meat. I tried to call the store to ask when a manager would be there, but the phone was out of service or disconnected.
This restaurant is very clean with friendly and professional staff and delicious food.
I am only giving this restaurant 5 stars because the employee working there is working very hard and doing an excellent job. It is disappointing that only one person is working the entire store on a Saturday. This restaurant probably makes enough money to hire more staff. The owners are not being considerate and should try working alone on a busy Saturday evening.
$2.69 for a large cup of water?! I hope it was worth it because I won't be buying it again.
