My wife & I visited the Brantford Keg restaurant in April/17. We believe is is a great chain and always enjoy our meals at Keg Restaurants. This one lived up to the reputation! Service was excellent. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. Knew the menu and selections well. One of the most professional servers I have experience recently. We plan to go back again soon! read more.

Worse than terrible. Gift card did not work in restaurant. Given business card for head office. No receipt anymore due to covid and could not retrieve one as paid by cash. Worked really hard to fix it and they did not care. Head office refused to help in any...way. Brutal. On top of this meal I had to pay for was terrible- everything was horribly salty.
