Second visit here, first visit was great this one not so much Went with a friend we both ordered different pastas.

Although this place has a very nice atmosphere we had a rough first experience.

We had been to this location previously, as well as the one in Hamilton when it first opened. But I thought third time is a charm. (was not impressed first two...

small buffet, but good... pizza, pasta, and fresh salad bar. dessert too. quality over quantity. Our server was efficient and friendly.

"I had visited Sai Thai Kitchen 5 years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. My family had a TERRIBLE experience there today.One of our meals was served fairly quickly, but the remaining three meals were not delivered to the table until an unbelievable 40 minutes later. When we were finally all eating, the food was pretty flavorless compared to other thai restaurants I've visited. The wait staff never once returned to the table to check in to see if we needed anything or how our meals were.When we visited the restroom they were filthy, the door didn't close on one stall and the other was out of toilet paper.When we were paying for our meals, the server FINALLY asked how everything was. I told her how we felt about our experience and the state of the bathrooms. She dismissively said sorry. I asked if the restaurant had changed ownership in the last few years and she informed that it had. This made a lot of sense since this restaurant has taken a serious nose dive."

"My wife and I have sung here on our annual day and everything about the meal was amazing. the channa masala is a must order. I had no so hearty mix of seasoned. the food quality is excellent and they can absorb vegan well. they also have a vegetarian menu to make the order so easy. they also have declarations on the menu if they are not familiar with the kitchen. I also recommend her aloo gobi, bhurtha and her fragrant Basmati rice."
