"This is a great restaurant but I would never recommend it as a Peruvian restaurant! I spend many years in Peru and I was very disappointed! Their food was well presented and good, with very lame and plain flavors that didn’t resemble any peruvian dish. Popular Peruvian dishes such as Ceviche lacked body peruvian flavors. Their Lomo Saltado possible need it some vinagre or lime and some flaming of the meet. Nothing even remotely closed to a real peruvian dish or a Chifa dish as Google shows."
