The biggest setback was that there were so few people. I definitely don't like being too busy, but outside of the will of the people, it was now a bit too quiet. Fortunately, this was taken care of by a smiley lady who served us. Both our starter (eel) and the fillet purée were of excellent quality and well prepared.
