"Ordered breakfast for 50 people for a work event. The amount of food provided could have fed 30 more. Everything fresh delicious. Absolute gentlemen to deal with and made me look great in front of management."

"First time to Ireland and stumbled upon this pub in the afternoon. Had a perfect pint of Guinness and chatted to some locals who recommended we return for the evening (Friday night) we did and had a great time! Live band on one side, Trad music the other, drinks flowing all evening with the bar staff and locals chatting with us all night and made us feel so welcomed. Flights booked to return in a few weeks!"

"Always find the staff very friendly but their food and cleanliness is hit and miss. Had soup and a toasted sandwich consisting of the old favourite, ham, cheese and onion. The soup was veg. The sandwich was disgusting, plastic ham, cold cheese and onion. Everything was still stone cold, i think they toasted the bread and then added the fillings afterwards, the soup was a shade of green and tasted like baby food, awful. On this occasion the overall cleanliness was good but other times there has been grubby floors, toilets and no extra cleanliness during Covid times. The staff are very friendly and it always has a happy atmosphere, I normally always get there earlier I have been there about 3 times, the otge2 times I had their porridge which I really like."
