"Rootstalk is a MUST every time we come to Breckenridge the atmosphere is cozy and intimate, the food is creative yet filling (compliments to the chef ?? , and the service is always top notch (especially Elizabeth ! The cocktails and dessert deserve their own shoutout as well. "What a great little bakery! There was a line as soon as they opened, but it moved quickly. There was a nice selection of pastries, breads, and sandwiches (breakfast and lunch). I got the chocolate almond croissant, and it was delicious! Buttery, flaky, chocolaty everything I wanted! We also got the almond latte (which had a generous portion of whipped cream on top) and ham and cheese croissants. The ham and cheese croissant was excellent and so cheesy, but the portion is large so I only ate half. We sat in the back of the restaurant, on a patio overlooking the river. Such a gorgeous place to have a fancy pastry breakfast!"

"Don’t get me wrong, the ice cream is delicious and worth it. Unfortunately the 30+ minute wait for the gimmick of rolled ice cream isn’t. If the line is short, definitely go. If it’s long, there’s other great options in town."

"We ate here multiple times during our stay in Breck as one of the few places with great vegan options and more for Omni family. We tried the vegan patty melt, cauliflower curry tacos and smart BLT. Great flavors and ambiance!"

"Terrible experience. Got lied to for about the whole evening. Open table reservation not taken into account. Said they "don't have an iPad". Should be able to take off OT. I have never had such an experience. I will never go again. Would avoid all costs!"
