"Don’t get me wrong, the ice cream is delicious and worth it. Unfortunately the 30+ minute wait for the gimmick of rolled ice cream isn’t. If the line is short, definitely go. If it’s long, there’s other great options in town."

"We did the 5 course chef's tasting menu wine pairing. The savory dishes were all a tad on the salty side, but I prefer that over not salted enough. We had (what I think is) the best spot in the house, a high top right by the kitchen so we could see all the action go down and see what everyone was eating. It was a delicious meal and I can't wait to go back and try more!"

"Wow, what a great Italian food. we had the baked ziti with sausage and a calzone. the ziti is delicious and enough for two people, and the calzone is great enough to feed a group. the house red wine is also very good. there are many good burger places in breckinridge and a fair share of pizza places, but this food is one must be during their stay."

"Counter service restaurant with limited seating but fast service with all the typical breakfast options, including Colorado?s famous breakfast burritos. We had the Whales Tale burrito, eggs potato plate, and eggs benedict. The food was good and came out fast. A couple of tips--the hash browns are cubed breakfast potatoes (a little more oily than I would prefer), and go for the burritos as that's what Colorado does right and order the large as it wasn't massive but just enough for a hungry meal. Their spicy Bloody Mary was a little weak and very tomatoey, not bad but would like more spice. Overall, an easy stop and a pretty good breakfast place."

"AB-SO-LUT-ELY!!!!!! GREAT!!!! PLACE!!!! AJ and the crew are great people. This is pretty rare on the east coast, but seeing it more often in CO. Where majority of the restaurant stuff are awesome!!!! ON TOP OF THAT... the FOOD was amazing!!! I had the meatball sliders with the baked ziti. I was more filled up than I thought I was going to be. Along with a few good early bday drinks. Good thing, I brought my appetite. Thank you for such a great, first day of BRECK, experience. Definitely, coming back here, anytime I'm in town!!!!"
