when they are not impressed, they go through! there are a few different bars that lead to a club in the back. so funny! the club has televisions everywhere.
we stopped in this bar to have a nightcapsule on the way back to our hotel (residence inn is very close by.) we were drawn by the offered 2:1 martinis.

"Solid burger with friendly staff in a unique location in Breck. When I went to Breckenridge this year for a conference I was not expecting a bunch of great food. I was there for work and that was my focus. After the conference, I had an extra day to explore and before setting out into the mountains, I searched for a great burger. The Canteen is unique in that it has a few off-street free parking spots. I lucked out and got one right up front. Inside there were several rooms and a large bar. There were also outside tables but I opted for inside. My server was super friendly and helpful. He told me that he had been to the seminary and was an author but was drawn to the area. I get that. I was drawn to the area too for the views. But not the skiing. I would immediately hit a tree and die. Back to the review...... The Dollah burger was my choice. It was damn good. The bun was the perfect amount of softness without overwhelming what was inside the top and bottom bun. My side was fries covered in cheese and world-famous green chili. It was delicious and I would strongly recommend both of these items. If you are in Breck and want a good burger head to The Canteen."
