This is the worst thing I have ever experienced. The food is often cold, items are missing, and it looks like it was thrown on the floor before being put in the box. It seems like they need more time to assemble the order properly so that everything doesn't clump together and spill out of the container. They can't even move it because it's so poorly assembled, so they end up dropping everything. They need some compet... View all feedback.
Ordered breakfast here at McDonald’s in Dereham order came out with two hot drinks and cold drink but no sugar brought out so had to go back in next the drink I ordered they got wrong diet instead of normal and third time had to...go in again gave us a single breakfast rather than a double useless
Went for a drive through but was closed with no opening times on show or at least obvious. After googling realised it was 6 so waited the 5 mins. Someone opened the lane at 6 dead on....great!! Only to wait 4 mins to be spoken...to, to then be told the tills were offline there was a 5 mins wait...fine BUT in the meantime 3 cars were served in the other lane were then in front of me, bearing in mind I was 2nd to arrive (1st in my lane) waited another few mins still no service
Do they ever get it right, asked for 3 burgers plain today and only one was, how do you get that wrong, all burgers cold, not worth going, would rather drive bit further to long water

They can't even move it because it's so poorly assembled, so they end up dropping everything. They need some competition from another fast food outlet in order to improve. Currently, they don't seem to put in any effort, which is very apparent.
I recently visited McDonald's in Dereham and unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience with my order. This isn't the first time that my order has been incorrect or missing items. Today, I ordered two Big Mac meals and a chicken sandwich, but when I got home I found two chicken sandwiches instead. It's not hard to get simple orders right. The food was also cold by the time I got home. I probably won't be returning anytime soon. Dereham McDonald's, please improve your service and make sure to pay attention to customers' orders.
