"When we walked in the restaurant felt cold and we realized that the radiator next to us was not on. This made for a miserable experience in February. Poppadoms came very quickly, but we waited half an hour to order, then the food came within...minutes. Food was ok, but nothing special. We ate quickly and left, deciding to have coffee at home because it was so chilly."

"While visiting family in Watton we decided to go out for lunch and we weren't disappointed. What a great find, this pub restaurant hidden back from the main road was very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with a friendly smile and offered drinks before being shown to a table. After looking at the menu we placed our order of 3 all day breakfast, a burger meal, and the hot chilli and a few sides. The food arrived about 15 mins or so later and to say that the portion size was very large is understating. The breakfasts were massive and looked fantastic, the burger meal was huge and my wife said that it was really really good. I opted for the chilli that was pulled beef chilli and such a good flavour and the right side of hot that I would comfortably say that it was the best chilli that I have ever had, and I make a brilliant chilli even if I do say so. I would recommend a visit to anyone who find themselves in or around Watton. 5 star service and 5 star food."

"I shared afternoon tea with a dear a friend using a voucher given to me as a gift . Over the years I have enjoyed coffee, cake and lunches here so was looking forward to sharing this voucher with a dear friend. As it was a lovely day we ate in the courtyard. The food was really plentiful and well presented, except for the metal rather than china teapot. Everything we managed to eat was delicious. We were told anything we couldn't eat would be boxed up for us to take home. By the time the waitress came to clear away the lovely sandwiches had become dry. Something the she should have anticipated we thought as we were busy chatting away enjoying the ambience. So they were wasted as was the remaking cake. No apology was given even when I pointed this out both to a waitress and the man I believe was the owner of Tabnabs. We were even charged for the extra pot of tea. Had this charge not been made it would have lessened our disappointment at having no goodies to take home and enjoy later. So the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It marred our enjoyment of this long anticipated treat."
