Having seen the previous 2 reviews we went with a little trepidation, it was quiet to start with but we went early, it soon filled up with locals of all ages. No bad language at all. The food was just what you expect from a village pub, steaks, burgers, fish and chips, curry and a reasonable selection of proper puddings apple crumble etc all with custard. All homemade. Was staying local so was somewhere we could eat .On arrival I felt a bit part extra from the scene in American Warewolf without the Moors background. Asked about food was told From 5:30!No problem as was half an Hour Away from Starting.
