Had a beer. The miserable waiter didn’t give us the change. 10 minutes later a nice German man liaised and the waiter (the little bald bespectacled one) grudgingly coughed up the 3 euros. Did he come over to apologise? No, he did not. Presumably he decided that if you run a cafe on a public square, tourists not speaking your language are fair game to be ripped off.
