"Love this place!. Hi-Lo has a super friendly staff, great atmosphere and fantastic food at excellent prices. I especially like their breakfast burrito, which is served on a delicious tortilla that tastes homemade with fresh salsa on the side...I get hungry just thinking about it! The only drawbacks are the fact that this very popular restaurant is often crowded and since it is so small, there isn't anywhere comfortable to wait for seating to open up and it's only open until 3pm.
