I ordered a 20oz macchiato. As she handed it to me she says “here’s your latte”. It was the wrong drink and it was the same size as the other 16oz drink my friend ordered so there’s no way it could’ve been 20oz. I still tipped 20% but looking back at my bank statement today I see they overcharged me. There’s no reason to skim extra money from customers. This is unacceptable. View all feedback.
