I came here for the first time when they just opened, and the food was great then and the staff friendly. A couple years later now and they're just as friendly and humble, but their business seems to have grown a lot. What User doesn't like about The Salad Shack:
24$ for a small salad and small soup, no drink! Half the salad was rotten. It was my first time here, so maybe it’s a fluke. But 24$ is very expensive for this food.
This place is awesome. Wasn't really busy. Hometown feeling and complying with covid standards.
My coworker and I ordered a couple of salads from here. I got the wedge and he got the spinach. Both salads were full of fresh ingredients. The person who took our order over the phone was super nice! The salad is great, typical wedge salad. I do think red onion would be great on it and I will add next time I order. I was hesitant about ordering based on reviews but I'm glad I didn't listen to them! Great alternative to the fast food choices around here.
The salad was pretty good, nothing to get that excited over but good. I thought it was very small for the price. I really wanted to love this place but it felt like it was a waste of money.
The egg on my salad was bad and I got sick after I ate from here. $17 just to get sick. The lady who made my salad kept her gloves on when she answered her phone and used a pen to write down another order. Why use gloves at all?
They are always closed for any reason which sucks because it's located in close proximity to planet fitness. I gave up on trying to go here.
