Had the burger with bacon, pineapple and pepper jack cheese. It was one of the best buggers I ever had. Bacon was thick and crispy, pineapple was well charred and the cheese added a little heat. Had lots of flavor. Umami from everything, salt and fat from bacon, sweet and acid from pineapple and heat from cheese. Will be back! View all feedback.
