"Had The pleasure of enjoying Truth Barbecue in Brenham Texas ?today! It was an excellent experience and Meal?. The brisket was amazing and I would rank it in my top three. ?? The sausage was outstanding as well. We also had pork spareribs which were great, but definitely not the best I?ve ever had?. They did, however, I have some of the best side items I?ve ever had any barbecue joint. We had mac cheese, cornbread pudding, pinto beans, and tater tot casserole. ?
