"We wait like 110min to have our dinner on table. The waitresses were confused, did not remember who arrived earlier to the restaurant and who should have their order first. Meal is great, and price also OK. However service is very poor and bad."

"This was a great hotel, even though I had my doubts when I discovered it was over a bowling alley. The rooms were clean, and the beds comfy. The breakfast and coffee were great! The only reason I downgraded it was due to the fact that it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but clearly where the rooms were located there were some smoking in their rooms...to the point of it penetrating the hallway passage and even into our room."
