friendly and unique. minkies is a great place to have breakfast and a coffee (I recommend the magnificent nicola). doron, the owner, is a very friendly host and they always feel welcome. there is also a series of market manufacturers selling a wide range of regional foods outside minkies. There really is (no subs)titute for this place. Hands down the best breakfast place in the area I can also vouch for their roast
