"The fast located on lone tree way has been a pillar for years. they are consistent, clean and better than any other quickly booked in the bay. they take their time to get their order perfectly, but their service is faster than any drive-thru. especially her popcorn chicken is top animal. they give them a mixture of dark meat and white meat, and they season their huh perfectly. their drinks are just good. especially their coffee products. the slushes go hard. I promise that this is better than any other almost food spot near."

"This Peet?s Coffee is completely out of tune with the quality standards of other Peet?s Coffee in the Bay Area. I don?t think any baristas have had training on how to actually craft a latte or cappuccino they just heat the milk and dump some espresso in the cup; which is fine if you?re into that. Peet?s for me though was the first coffee shop to open my world to higher quality standards than Starbucks. But this place is like Starbucks with Peet?s Coffee branding."

"The boy employee took a long time to get my cake order from the freezer. When he finally came out, the box was smeared with frosting. The boy DROPPED my birthday cake order. He tried to deny it but the evidence was clear that he dropped the cake and it was no longer a rectangular shape. It looked AWFUL and they kept blaming me for complaining about a misshapen cake. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"Very rude employees and bad customer service. I'm vegetarian, so I ordered the cheese pizza. the lady who made pizza didn't wear gloves she used with bare hands. that's disgusting. it could be for people who are not vegetarian, but people who are vegetarian, that is unacceptable because they used the same hands with pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza. when I asked why she didn't use gloves, the hired was insulted and was rude. I tell myself that I don't understand and it's not easy to get the gloves because they have to wait for a show. but this isn't the first time they're doing this, that's my last time I ordered from this place."
