Love this new discovery for me... the weekend has a special pistachio croissant that is to die for! Wow. This is a local spot, not a ton of parking, not fast paced, but it's a small amazingly tasty good coffee and wonderful pastries. Staff was friendly... also is pet friendly. I'll be back soon. Avoid this place! Sad to say, the lousy service that existed at the Le Pain Quotidian previously, in this same location, is alive and well at Clark Street. Rude attitude and inattentive employees and we had even pre-tipped at checkout. When my dish was made incorrectly, I asked for the missing ingredients and then the plate subsequently sat in the window for awhile, without anyone delivering it, so I went to the food...
