"Very tasty food prepared beautifully. We had butter chicken, aloo Gobi and lamb shish kebabs. All are recommended, but the kebabs are special. One word to the wise: their medium is quite hot! I usually enjoy spice but this was hot for my taste. I would go back and try milder. They are take out only (Nov 2023)"

"The food was absolutely delicious. There is something magical about eating local food on a farm, it just makes everything taste better. I love that all of their ingredients can be found so close. Definitely worth a stop!"

"I had the striploin with creamy peppercorn sauce and my dining partner had the legendary wienerschnitzel. The steak was so good I almost cried. It was sizable and cooked perfectly medium rare all the way through. The sauce for the steak was amazing and was similar to their mushroom sauce which came with the schnitzel. I would highly recommend this restaurant; the service and quality of food were top notch. They have limited seating so reservations are recommended, but they were able to seat us right away later on a Sunday evening."

"Really enjoyed the flights of beer that were offered to give us a taste test of some of the local microbrows / craft beers in the area. The pub area is a spacious and fun place to walk around and view all historical pictures. Very festive... decorations (Christmas/New Years) and enjoyed the ambience very much. We had the salmon chips and seafood Chowder, which we highly recommend."

"My Wife is a Chef and we have so much trouble finding great places to go. We will go to the extreme lengths to find great restaurants in B.C. and the pacific northwest. This place is Fantastic, one of the best restaurants we have been to ever. All 4 of us tasted each of our appetizers and Mains. We all agreed that every item was sublime. It was just as good as Le crocodile and Hawksworth and there meal portions are wayyyy bigger that both of them. I was surprised by how good it was and that hasn't happened at a restaurant for years. The Menu has not changed in 50 years and Chef Owner Pierre cooks every meal served. The wine menu is world-class and worthy of a sommeliers dream cellar. The property that the restaurant is on is a multi-million dollar Ocean front paradise worthy of the Rich and Famous. The only draw back is Pierre is getting a little older and when he retires it won't be the same. So make a reservation months in advance and enjoy a heaven on earth dinning experience. You won't be Sorry. Troy"

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter, on his own initiative, brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate. We will come back in any case."
