Caffe Nero - Brentwood

What MrsScrumbles likes about Caffe Nero:
I use this Nero regularly and unlike other coffee shops this one holds onto it staff who are hardworking, helpful and friendly. I did have to wait a few seconds more for my coffee when the barista took the coffee over to a disabled customer but surely that just shows how thoughtful they are? View all feedback.

What travelbug045 doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
Having been using Cafe Nero Brentwood regularly for some years now. The staff are friendly enough and very helpful. However, they are still using throw away cups when every other coffee house has gone back to using china. This is supposedly for hygiene reasons. Yet they are so busy standing around gossiping and playing with customers dogs that they cant be bothered cleaning the tables and chairs View all feedback.
