Observed cooks not wearing gloves. Which is ok but when you touch raw eggs and don’t wash your hands creates a food safety issue. They have the doors open so I was watching everything they were doing. I never seen anyone wash their hands and you should definitely especially after touching raw eggs and then handling foods that are ready to eat.
