"So they charged us $28 for 2 calzones the size of my hands, and had the nerve to personally complain that a $2 tip was too small. We both had our college IDs on so they had to know we were in 70k worth of debt. Possibly the most foul customer service experience of my life. And they could ease up on the ricotta."
