"I am usually that guy who'd go back and forth consistently with people about Wegmans standing superior to all grocery stores. Rarely does Wegmans fall short in the area of food, but today was that day. While visiting home, I stopped by this local Wegmans for a classic tuna sub. The ordering line for the subs was pretty long and customers stood there with frustration. Around 6 workers behind the sub counter and only one was serving the line. I ended up waiting 25 minutes to place my order and when I did, I was informed that they don't have tuna. Not a sign saying they were out, no verbal announcement to the 15 people in the line. I was highly annoyed and really felt like this sub shop could've done much better in 1 balancing the work better amongst staff pre orders and immediate ordering 2 announcing that you're out of a certain protein before a customer comes to the counter after waiting almost 30 minutes 3 better preparation for a busy day like Christmas Eve. I will save my review of the dry and salty food I ended up getting from the Asian food bar."

"My wife and I went there for dinner last night aug 5 2023 for the first time. To say the least it was the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. They had one waitress trying to cover all the tables and you could see she was very frustrated and confused. It took over 40 minutes for our food to come out. When it did some of the nachos from the nacho platter were stale, the home made chips were burnt and my Reuben sandwich that they brag about was very salty. The waitress saw me playing with the sandwich and asked me what was wrong. I told her it was very salty and there was mushrooms on it. Next thing I know is the cook came to my table with a new pot of corn beef and asked me to take off the old meat and he would replace it with the new meat. He explained to me that the reason the original meat was salty is that it had been sitting there since they opened 3 pm and that he tried it and agreed it was very salty. The sandwich was still salty because the original meat and its juices soaked into the bread. Their Reuben is know where as good as other restaurants. At no point did they ever offer to make a new sandwich or even apologize for the disgusting one they originally served me. I will not return to their establishment again. If I could give them a zero I would have."

"Grimaldi's was absolutely fantastic!!! I've never been there before, but I visited with my mom and sister. We tried the calamari appetizer and they also served us bread with butter. The bread was FRESH out of the oven, so yummy I got the eggplant parmesan and my mom and sister got chicken francaise. All of us devoured our meals! The waiter, John, was polite, efficient, and very personable. There wasn't a large menu to choose from, but John explained that it's because they pride themselves on fresh ingredients and Covid has made them less busy. Then we ordered two of the desserts, one having a white chocolate mousse with blue compote and the other being a pistachio cheesecake with hazelnut filling. This restaurant was just like a homey Italian experience. We'll definitely be coming back again"

"I just had the best customer service that I’ve had in years if not ever. I bought 3 medium subs, all containing different meats, toppings, Bread and cheese. I believe the man’s name was Yomer. He was friendly, joked with both myself and the staff, personable, smiling. I confused myself telling him the orders but he had everything correctly. He mentioned labeling them. Then I went to go cut the sub in 1/2 but he already did! Also, the subs were not messy. Had great portions to make it taste delicious. If wegmans actually read these reviews I just want to say Thank you! I really haven’t come across such amazing service in a long time. He deserves a raise!!! PS I had 2 young kids with me who he interacted with."
