It was an excellent check in process at The Villages, the check in team of Jodi, Monique and Kim were amazing, making the process seem so easy, providing recommendations on things to do and so friendly while doing so. They even took the time to ask my kids what they were excited about and telling them how much fun the pool would be. What uticamom doesn't like about The Villages At Ocean Edge:
Bedroom smells like cigarette smoke covered by Fabreze. Housekeeping only brings towels, no vacuuming, as what was on our floor was still there upon return. No fresh sheets, they just remake the bed, and the toilet bowl was never cleaned (I’m not going to elaborate on how I know this)…so why offer housekeeping? Second time staying here. We’re still here for two more nights, I wish we could just leave now. Will never... View all feedback.
